I needed to drop some household and Christmas items. We drove up to the designated spot. Helpers came out and took the box into the store. I didn't have to get out of the car. Wonderful!

The rude cashier (Irma Jean) has worked there for YEARS. Goodwill is "supposedly a non-profit" organization. Hire friendly people who don't insult or criticize customers or co-workers. PLEASE!!!
