The kids are playing around with each order and confusing orders. Before I got my 4 piece meal and only got all wings, they gave me someone's else's order. They are throwing ice at each other....

Roasted chicken is greasy and salty. Coleslaw is pretty bad. Employees are sufficiently polite.

Horrible customer service. Orders never accurate. Long line times, bunch of children just standing around talking. Vulgar language etc.
