Apparently this is what a medium cooked steak looks like now. This is also after I had zapped it in a microwave 45 seconds! I usually love Gloria's but rethink about ordering steak from here

Stopped by Gloria's on Sunday to order a to go meal, got my usual blackened snapper. It's normally good but I feel like I was served fish they knew was bad. I should've realized something was off...

Salvadoran and Tex-mex cuisine . Fine dining , elegant upbeat music , classy decor and wam soft lighting. Great staff and delicious food! Highly recommended it.
