The apartment has some issues with bugs if you live on the first floor but I had a great experience with the management and maintenance!

Please stay away!! These apartments are not luxury, they keep the hallways to the apartment filthy, dog poop on the grass, cars wheels get stolen no security, people randomly break apartment...

I will say that the apartments are decent and it does have okay additional facilities. But when it comes to paying rent you have to pay a $38 convenience fee. And that includes everything you want...
