Flowers & Fiestas

Flowers and Fiestas is a family owned and operated business. We first opened our doors in 1996 and have since been serving the Horizon City, Texas community for 5 wonderful years. Our professional florist is Martha Ryan. She has worked in the floral industry for more than ten years and has received numerous trainings and certifications in the United States and Mexico. We specialize in fresh floral and plant arrangements for all occasion and offer world-wide delivery! We also provide party decorations, balloons, party supplies, candy, piatas and table/chair rentals.
