Lack of communication! They had 3 weeks to get parts ordered, replacement of rear bumper. I was told they had parts ( that was 8/21). Was leaving town for a couple of weeks so not needing my truck...

I dropped off my car at 4:30 pm Thursday then They changed the time frame from 10 am the next day to 4 pm which is fine, then they called again to say that it would take until 1-2 pm Saturday....
