Built in 2018, the Sugar Land branch is one of First Service's newest branches. It is also the only branch housed in a strip center. Located just off the north side of the Highway 59 University Blvd. exit, the branch shares a parking lot with the acclaimed University Commons retail and dining options. The branch is just minutes away from the Museum of Natural Science and the University of Houston Sugar Land and is convenient to the Telfair subdivision.
