In Waco, TX. The driver literally laid my package on the ground on the street curb, but stated they placed it in "outdoor storage." There was no outdoor storage -- it was right on the street so...

The day before they said they were unable to deliver my items. I called and spoke to 2 people until I finally spoke to someone in the Hewitt office. I gave the actually Coordinates for our house....
