We have used this WAXAHACHIE location twice and they are AMAZING! Justice is awesome. She went out of her way to make sure we had exactly what we needed! I will continue to use this location....

Would give zero stars if possible. Shocked at the unprofessional staff. Treated us as if we were imposing on their time. We had a reservation but still waited an hour and 30 mins until the car...

This place is impossible! Rude staff and unprofessional in every aspect... So let me start from the beginning.. Me and my wife arrive at around 12:10pm. Our reservation was to pick up at 12....

tried for 3 days to get enterprise on the phone, about 5 calls total, put on extended hold every single time. The last call was where i draw the line with them. On hokd for 40 minutes, finally...

I do NOT recommend this location. They are horrific to reach over the phone, once you do get a rental - they issue it without much regard to a walk-around or "hail damage check", then you return...
