They will threaten to tow residents vehicles for parking on the first floor even if you live on the first floor. Meanwhile, guests will come smoke and trash the garage with no consequences....

We have enjoyed living at Panther Island! They are very nice apartments! The only thing we did not like was the road traffic!

The complex is dirty, dog poop in the elevators and hallways. They tow residents cars and will auto renew your lease with no warning. STAY AWAY
