Elina was born from the friendship of two passionate moms, Elise and Tina, who shared a vision of creating a healing space for community, connection, and growth. One day, Tina asked Elise's teenage daughter what she would name a place where people could come together to heal, grow, and feel empowered. With a thoughtful smile, she replied, "If you take my mom's name, Elise, and your name, Tina, you get Elina." In that moment, Elina Health came to life-a name inspired by love, unity, and purpose.

Dr. Milagros Lozano at HORIZON COUNSELING CENTER specializes in all type of psychological reports for immigration cases. Dr. Lozanos years of experience and professional research in the field of immigration has helped immigration understand families worldwide. She is dedicated to giving quality and the delivery of evaluations, diagnosis, and mental health care therapy for several types of USCIS cases. At Horizon Counseling Center, we use various modalities such as expressive arts, biofeedback techniques, vision boards, sand tray therapy, and play therapy. We can reach all types of clients to facilitate growth, knowledge, and understanding about oneself. Dr. Lozano can present the most objective and precise understanding of an individuals circumstance through diverse types of evaluations for immigration, egg donor, fit for duty, addiction severity, loss of limb or trauma, and disability cases. Dr. Lozano entered the field of psychology to share her years of experience and skill and awareness of the human condition.
