About Dwelling Suites Dwelling Suites was founded in 1989. We have been providing corporate housing in San Antonio, Texas for over 20 years. We currently have suites located on the Northeast side of San Antonio. We are expanding to the Northwest and North Central areas in the near future which will be convenient to Lackland Air Force Base and the Medical Center. Our principals have over 35 years experience in apartment management and corporate housing. We offer a full range of housing solutions to meet the needs of San Antonio travelers or anyone needing quality short term temporary housing. We also offer quick, friendly, and reliable move in procedures that get you or your business into one of our suites virtually hassle free. All transactions can be done via the internet with credit card or business checks accepted for your housing payments. Our efficient method of housing placement takes the stress out of obtaining your comfortable home away from home and lets you get on with your itinerary. We specialize in providing affordable, fully furnished suites to business travelers, travel nursing companies, military families and officers, entertainment groups ( we hosted the Lion King cast ), insurance clients, home buyers and sellers, business or personal relocation, leisure travel accommodations, and other life situations that require quality short term housing. We also can provide packages that accommodate small or large group housing needs. Dwelling Suites' goal is provide exceptional value to customers looking for cost effective, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located corporate apartments. If you have shopped around you will have already found that most new corporate housing communities in San Antonio rent at 30-50% higher than our costs.
