I bought a hot cocoa on one of the 3 days it was cold in Austin and they just steamed some HEB chocolate milk, put it in a cup, and charged me $5. That whole gallon of chocolate milk was $5... But...

I would not come here again, the service was super slow. It was midday and it took 30 minutes to get our drinks, with only five cars before us.
