Maybe they got new employees but I've been here 4 days in a row (because I have an addiction) my coffee has never been bad and the food has been super good and super hot and fresh and ready quick....

Decided to give this location another try since it's close to my house. I ordered a plain iced coffee with butter pecan. It tasted like battery acid, so I later added oat milk myself to tone it...

Literally nobody answered me at the drive thru and when I went to the window I could see employees... just frustrating so I left.

If I could rate zero I would. The guy taking orders is HORRIBLE. Horribly rude and annoyed right out of the gate. When we got to the window he slammed my coffee down on the counter and busted it...

Service is terrible, and very slow. Food is OK, mostly. The people working there, are what you would expect from public schools. Ignorant, lazy, with zero motivation.
