Went to Dough and had low expectations but WOW, have not had pizza close to this good since we moved from Chicago in 2002 and we're huge fans of Lou Malnati's. It is that good! Amazing signature...

Dough is an authentic Neapolitan Pizzeria featuring a real brick oven that cooks your pizza at 900 degrees + in 90 seconds! We make our own fresh Mozzarella daily. As many of our products as possible are either grown by farmers, or imported from Italy. Our coffee: Kimbo, is imported from Naples, Italy. Our wine list is mainly Italian. We serve craft local beers. Sections of our menu change seasonally. We are located less than 10 mins. from the San Antonio International Airport.
