I ordered a large beef pizza. When I got home and opened the box, it was cold and looked like it had been cooked hours before. I am so so very disappointed with my order. I'd like a full refund....

I ordered from Uber eats and the app will only allow one sauce option which is "basic" tomato sauce so I called the store to ask them to please change the sauce and they said no due to inventory!...
