Absolutely terrible customer service, shoe department has a bunch of people sitting around talking, not taking care of customers. Can't imagine the amount of money they're losing daily.

Man what an experience! I love this dicks sporting goods and all of their employees! Overall great vibe from thsi store and they make sure you feel greeted and welcome!
