They never come to the drive thru I was told there was a 12 wait for them to take my order when there was 4 cars in the parking lot...they barely get customer why is it a 12 min wait?

Someone here needs to be arrested. I ordered a hoagie with brisket that was literally crunch. Now I know why there was one car in the parking lot. Dead giveaway. Never again.
