Dhruv Markan, MD

Ciara Espinoza, MD, is a graduate of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in Lubbock, where she earned her medical degree in 2021. She then completed a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in 2025. Dr. Espinoza joined Kelsey-Seybold as a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician in September 2025. She sees patients for issues related to pain, weakness, decreased mobility, or loss of function following injury, illness, or surgery. As a physiatrist, Dr. Espinoza treats a wide range of conditions, including stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, musculoskeletal pain, chronic back pain, sports- related injuries, amputations, and neurologic disorders.

Lorenzo Ramirez, MD, is a graduate of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, earning his medical degree in 2022. He relocated to Conroe, Texas, to complete the Conroe Family Medicine Residency program in 2025 prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold as a board-certified Family Medicine physician in September 2025. As a primary care physician for patients of all ages, he offers well care and treats a wide range of conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, and acute conditions such as common colds. Dr. Ramirez loves that his profession allows him the privilege to create long-term relationships with patients, which he believes helps him to treat the whole patient.

Sumana Basu, MD, FAAFP, MBA, earned her Doctor of Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine in 2015. She then completed the Memorial Hermann Family Medicine Residency Program in 2018. Dr. Basu also holds an MBA with a focus in Healthcare Administration from Texas Women's University. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in February 2024. Patients see Dr. Basu for acute issues like a sports injury, cough and cold, and rashes. She also treats chronic issues like hypertension, diabetes, osteoarthritis, obesity, and thyroid issues. She also sees patients of all ages for wellness and preventive visits. In her practice, Dr. Basu provides patients with the latest management and treatment plans backed by medical evidence.
