Not bad for my toddler just no baby swim and the regular swings were too high for me as a 5'5" woman as well so couldn't sit and swing with my son either.

Tiny "park" wouldn't be an issue if clothing including undergarments strewn all over. Tons of trash as well. Didn't feel safe for children as park tables were all full of transients.
