Really need upper Management to step up and fire the "manager" at The Woodlands location. Not only is she NOT friendly, doesn't greet, or interact with customers, she is rude and causes customers...

Terrible customer service. I waited 35 minutes just to try on a dress before finally giving up and walking out. I don't understand why something as simple as trying on a dress was such a hassle....

After all the issues with the 1st dress we went back in to try on replacement dress and decided on new dress all together. Meagan help find the new dress which was even better than the 1st one....
