Allison comes to Kelsey-Seybold with a wealth of clinical knowledge, including experience in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Family Medicine, General Surgery, plastic surgery, OB/GYN, emergency room, Psychiatry and Pediatrics. She graduated with her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in 2012, and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in biology from The University of Texas at El Paso in 2008.

Stephanie Penson, PA-C, MBA, completed the Malcom X College Cook County Hospital physician assistant program in Chicago, Illinois, in 2001. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from Arizona State University in Tempe. Stephanie joined Kelsey-Seybold as a certified Internal Medicine physician assistant in July 2025. Committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care, she sees adults patients for primary preventive care and sick care. Stephanie combines patient education and evidence-based medicine to help patients manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hyperlipidemia, obesity, cardiovascular disorders, arthritis, digestive issues, thyroid disorders, and dermatological disorders.
