They never answer the phone. You have to leave a message and they call you back. They got my prescription wrong and I had to explain things to them to fix it. One lady acted like she didn't like me.

All CVSs have horrible customer service but this one is extremely sucky. After my last time there, I'll never go back. I would rather take a beating before i would give them another penny.
