Ordered a mini confetti. Great size. But cookie was rock hard. Store was closed by the time I tasted it or else I would've immediately returned it.

I walked in and wasn't greeted but that's not why I'm giving this review a 2 star rating. The young lady who prepared my cookie just plopped my cookie down turned around and walked away....

If you're into sub-par service, a side of attitude, missing items from your order, and the cheesecake that looks "exactly" like the ad ("nailed-it) -- this is the place for you.

The worst crumbl! Extremely short handed, walk around without greeting customers or helping them. No urgency at all. Manager is rude and it's like pulling teeth to cancel order and get a refund....
