After earning his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine in 1998, Stephen Thomas, M.D., completed his internship and residency at the Austin Family Medicine Education Program in Austin at Breckenridge Hospital. Dr. Thomas is a member of the National Lipid Association, Harris County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, Texas Academy of Family Physicians, American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Diabetes Association. Dr. Thomas enjoys spending quality time with family, traveling, cycling and fitness. He also enjoys giving health talks at churches and men's groups, as well as Christian education. Dr. Thomas's favorite meal is vegetarian and says biryani is one of the best. His favorite dessert is tiramisu.

Dr. Kelly Santesteban graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in psychology. She went on to complete her degree in Optometry, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2007. Following a residency in cornea and contact lenses at University of Houston College of Optometry, Dr. Santesteban provided primary optometry care to patients in clinics located in the Houston area. Prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold, she served as an optometrist at Baylor College of Medicine, specializing in contact lenses. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in September 2016. Dr. Santesteban is a member of the Texas Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. Dr. Santesteban enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, skiing and reading.

Dr. Thomas Varghese completed his medical degree in 1999 from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, and went on to complete an internship at Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and a Diagnostic Radiology residency at Louisiana State University in New Orleans in 2004. He returned to The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center where he completed his fellowship in Neuroradiology in 2006.Dr. Varghese was an Assistant Professor at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center from 2006 to 2007. From 2007 to 2017 he was a radiologist at American Teleradiology, Inc. in Rockwall, Texas. Prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold, he was a radiologist at Southwestern Radiology Associates in Rockwall. Dr. Varghese is a member of the Radiology Society of North America and the Texas Medical Association.
