Established to serve the greater Floresville, TX area, Connally Memorial Rehabilitation Center provides comprehensive rehabilitation services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. Located at 493 10th Street in Floresville, our licensed healthcare professionals are dedicated to helping patients of all ages recover from injury, improve mobility, regain function, and enhance quality of life. Primary Services: Physical Therapy (PT): Our Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants develop individualized treatment plans to help patients reduce pain, improve or restore mobility, and prevent disability. PT services address orthopedic and sports-related injuries, post-operative recovery, neurological conditions, pediatrics, gait and balance disorders, and more. Occupational Therapy (OT): Our Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants support patients in regaining independence in daily activities. We treat a wide range of conditions including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, cognitive and motor impairments, and difficulties with activities of daily living. Speech Therapy (SLP): Our Speech Language Pathologists assess and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. We work with pediatric and adult patients, addressing conditions like autism, Down syndrome, stroke recovery, voice and swallowing disorders, and more.
