3645 n.beach location. Went in for DOT UA. Tech put her fingers in the cup she wanted me to put urine sample in. Toilet from previous screening was not flushed.

Came in for a physical and drug test. Staff is very nice. Location was clean. An appointment was not required so there was a bit of a wait. However, they did give me a heads up on the wait time....
