To their surprise, an e-mail awaited them from Rota, Spain, asking Plano's pastor to send someone to start a Calvary in San Angelo. That e-mail started a chain of events and coincidences thatCalvary Chapel is committed to fulfilling the Great Commission given by Jesus Christ in Matthew 28: 19, Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and for the Holy Spirit. In keeping with our Lord's instruction, CCSA is focused on reaching the unsaved and on discipleship in our community and beyond. Recent events in our nation have served as a stirring reminder of this need.We believe that God has established CCSA as a resource for the City of San Angelo. To this end, Pastor Tony is serving as Chaplain for the Tom Green County Sheriffs Department. Through up-coming outreach, CCSA desires to tell our City about the comfort, peace, and blessed hope that they can have through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.All are welcome to join us Calvary Chapel as we look to the Lord for wisdom and guidance in fulfilling His perfect will for San Angelo, for Texas, and for the utter-most parts of the earth.
