They used to answer the phone. Not anymore,, Need to withdraw a bit of money but you have to setup an appointment that you cannot do since they don't answer the phone. Very Frustrating.

Chase bank is awesome. I have banked with them for over 30 years. Any questions they have the time to answer my questions.
