I have never been treated so rudely. The "manager" (small man with beard) was unbelievably condescending. I have over $35,000 in two accounts there and could not get any help with a minor matter....

I tried to deposit cash in a friend's account. They were out of town and needed the money. Apparently, it's against Chase policy to accept cash. Imagine that! A bank that wont accept cash!
