Dr. Nima Deljavan received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2014 as well as a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 2017. Dr. Deljavan completed his oral & maxillofacial surgery residency at Parkland Hospital/UT Southwestern Medical Center in 2020. As a key member of the team at ClearChoice Dental Implant Center in Fort Worth, Dr. Deljavan is experienced in performing hard and soft tissue reconstruction, oral and facial pathology, dental implants, dentoalveolar surgery, and full mouth extractions.

Dr. Stephen Chan received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Dentistry (1999). After completing his residency at the UCLA Medical Center and UCLA School of Dentistry (2001), Dr. Chan received a Doctor of Medicine degree (2005) as well as a Certificate in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (2008) from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. As a key member of the team at ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, Dr. Chan takes time to understand each patient's unique needs in order to develop a personalized treatment plan.
