From starting out as an athletic training student in High School, I knew helping people recover from injuries would be my purpose. I have since stayed true to the course completing my Bachelor's Degree in Sports Medicine, worked as a rehabilitation technician, then completed Physical Therapy school to come back to where it all started helping the community that helped me develop and grow. After 20 years of clinical experience and 19 years of practicing family medicine in Kingsville, I pride myself on being able to effectively communicate with my patients, and offering a more personable medical office visit. I graduated from UTPA, now, UTRGV, in 2003 with a BS in PA Studies. I moved to Kingsville in 2003 after marrying my husband who was stationed at NAS Kingsville at the time. We have one son, Owen, who is 16 and we reside in Riviera, Tx. In my free time (if that is such a thing) I enjoy being with my family, attending livestock shows and volunteering at 4-H activities.
