Care Star is an outpatient treatment center for addiction & mental health in Carrollton, TX. We are in-network with insurers to make care accessible & affordable. Our fast admissions process allows clients to start treatment quickly, including same-day appointments. We provide outpatient rehab & mental health programs through a continuum of care, including Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), & relapse prevention.
