Capital Gymnastics is one of the leading gymnastics, cheer, dance, acting, art and fitness center in Texas. It offers dance classes from mornings through evenings in ballet, tap, jazz and hip-hop, as well as private lessons. The center provides gymnastics instruction utilizing advanced equipment. Its learning centers offer programs in music, arts and crafts, home living and science. Capital Gymnastics also offers cheer and tumbling classes using drills, such as somersaults down mats, handstands against a wall, back handsprings on the tumbling track, front handsprings and front flips. Its pro shop provides a variety of apparels and accessories, including leotards, trunks and dance bags, undergarments and liners, shorts and tights, socks, wristbands, handgrips and wrist support.
