Originally an Icehouse off of Westpark, Bubba's has transformed into the burger shack under the freeway, becoming known as the Home of the Buffalo Burger. They were the first restaurant in Houston to sell Buffalo American Bison burgers back in the 80's, and continue to provide a memorable dining experience with their large patios, local beer options, and dog-friendly environment.
