It will be an honor to have you visit our office as well. Brownsville Center of Obstetrics and Gynecology, since 1999, under the direction of Dr. Jose S. Cisneros, we have been providing South Texas and North of Mexico residents with professional health care. Jose S. Cisneros, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology & Voluntary Yearly Recertification. Dr. Cisneros attended: - Texas Tech University School of Medicine, Lubbock, Texas. From August 1991 to May 1995. He achieved the highest CREOG Score in June 1998 in his Residency Program. He received the award for Teacher Residency in 1999. Fellow of The American College of OB/GYN. January 11, 2002 to Present.
