Great customer service, bounce house/slide was a hit, affordable prices. They did take a while to pick up and didn't provide an ETA, but we weren't planning to leave home so it was no problem.

Update- I was contacted by another manager of the company who agreed to give me a refund of half my money. I accepted this and have received the refund so I consider this matter resolved.
