I went in at 4:00 on a Thursday afternoon. Tammy helped me with some questions I had about jewelry and I wanted to shop for some boots. I was really impressed with the selection they had versus...

I took my boots to get stretched and they did an excellent job. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I was not charged extra for my boots to be stretched.

Service is horrible, tried to use my corporate discount at the Spring location and stood at the register for more than an hour. Horrible system to verify discounts.

Huge thanks to Jesse for always taking care of me and my dad. She's friendly, professional and huge help. Big thank you to the boot barn team.

The 2nd time I've come to this location, and I have had the best experience, they are very helpful. I drove 90 minutes and it was definitely worth it.
