There is an entrance fee of $5 (which is totally fine) which goes to the "maintenance and improvement" of the park and making it nice. However, it looks bad. Like grass overgrown on "trails" and...

This beach was way better than I expected, it is lovely little beach near Austin, perfect to take a dip and enjoy the sun.
