HistoryQuick-Cater was founded in 2001 by Stacey Wetzel, a lifelong foodservice veteran. Originally Stacey's concept was an outsource delivery service for local restaurants. The concept began to evolve immediately to a full service firm and over the course of the next four years the outsourcing of menus gave way to Stacey's original cuisine and unique service style. In 2011 Stacey change the name to Cater10 to celebrate her 10th year in business and to finally shed a name that had long ago ceased to reflect the concept.
