The guy working the oven today was very friendly. He prepped my pizza, Rand he up and made all the pizzas.

Food is good. Service is pathetic Multiple times, I come into this store and see four employees. Three doing menial work such as folding boxes, peeling off labels and sticking on boxes - yet...

It took nearly 45 minutes to get 3 chewy, tough pizzas, 2 tough cheesy breads, and 1 fresh pizza. And they have the nerve to have a "tip jar" on the counter.

I took a chance and ordered again and I'm very sorry I did. The pizza was very undercooked even after requesting it to be well done. On top of that it made me so sick I couldn't go to work today.
