Since they changed how they do things, it now takes 2-3 hours to donate plus less employees. Why donate for $120 a week and waste 6 hours to donate.

The Techs are friendly enough, kind and courteous. But I donate for the money and don't understand why Biolife keeps decreasing the payout for donations. Im considering going to another center.

They always over book and half the time i never get to donate causing me to not only waste my gas and my time only to offer a $10 measly voucher when i can't move my donation date due to their bs...

I set an appointment for 2:05 drove all the way up there for the computer to say I cannot donate????? WTH???? Is it the BBB complaint I wrote??? Are they retaliating??? Looks as if they are.
