I saw a ring I wanted to buy online that 1400$ went in and I saw it in the case, but no one was around (11am) I asked the lady in the fragrance counter if I could see something in the jewelry case...

There is NEVER anyone on the floor working. Except for the Make up. I asked the lady where the Clinique Blush was and she pointed to a drawer. I opened it up and it was disorganized missing...

First visit to a Belk store, no real reason to come back. They advertise sales and coupons, but then say it does not apply. First and last time here. Selections are also very limited.

This is the messiest Belk I've ever had the displeasure of being in. Not only does it constantly look like its having a store closing sale but I've just walked around in it FOR AN HOUR and not one...
