What we pay for is 200 MBS internet service. What we get,... is regular interruptions of service, slow service and constant excuses. No one ever offers a discount or refund. Lousy, LOUSY business!

Internet goes out constantly. Impossible to get anyone from tech support to call back after 5pm. When the internet goes out after 5pm it often stays out until the next morning. I work night shift...
