I can only hope this was a rare staffing situation. 1 server for the entire restaurant? He did his best but our table of 8 (amidst probably 6 other tables) was often waiting on drinks or food....

We decided to check this out after being out all day and not wanting to leave the hotel. So glad we did. Steak was delicious and the rum swizzle was top notch! Great meal!
