Bad customer service. We spent 500 bucks and then was told if we know so much about the septic system, we should fix it ourselves. Very disappointed on the local neighborhood septic people.

They were very rude when they couldn't fix my issues telling me to fix it myself when I tried to explain that I was still having issues days after a $500 service call.
