Super nice staff, but I came in asking for a breaker bar and literally none of the employees knew what it was or what I was talking about. Went and found one at oriellys

Came in for some headlights and one of the employees came right over and offered to help, even double checked to make sure the part I picked out was the one I needed. Great customer service....

We needed a part for our 18 wheeler this morning, we were broken down at a truck stop with our kids a little over 3 miles from the store with no way to get there in time to pick up what we needed...

I have received average assistance at this auto zone, with the exception of an employee named Mark. He went above and beyond to get me quickly taken care of.
