Best mall pretzels ever! If I'm in The Galleria at all, I always go here to get some. This time after my purchase, I noticed some unsettling staff behavior. Plzzzzzz use gloves when prepping food!

They didn't have any regular pretzels, how..... you are literally a pretzel place. So he told us "we'll have some in 8mins" we walk a lap & come back then he says "oh well he made pretzel bites...

Went here and noticed this guy putting his BARE HANDS in the dough, rolling pretzels while all other staff had gloves on! Can you say unsanitary?
