I lived there for one year later had to move away because of job. Love it , the pool is really nice and people , Neighbores are very lovely people. The management company respond calls fast....

The sales price of the condos are dirt cheap so that should tell you somethings wrong. The rent is reasonable, but this is by far the worst place I've ever lived. They have multiple adults living...

Great location hurt by too many rentals. New manager is strict and can hopefully clean the community and property. Hope to see assessments to speed up the siding and landscaping improvements soon.
