There's no more accurate description of a ghetto apartment than Courtney Manor Apartments. We came from out of state and picked this apartment as a short term rental until we can purchase a home...

Me and my husband were very impressed with our tour of this apartment when we decided to move here in September 2020. We moved here solely for the 'gated community' and indoor basketball court....

This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!! No one will call back and if you get a call back it's probably from the rude lady in the office that has no customer service...

NO STARS!!! Lived their for 6 months and it was a pitiful experience. The property management team was all full of themselves and didn't want to fix the issue. Try to avoid this property at all...
